Meeting Announcement
The next meeting of the Boone County Offender Transition
Network (BCOTN) will be:
8:30 – 10:30 Thursday, December 18th, 2008
Columbia/Boone County Health Department, 1005 W. Worley in Columbia
The main agenda item will be to address the conference results report
and associated action items.

Foundations of Substance Use, Abuse, and Dependence
The Pentecostals of Jefferson City is sponsoring a
training on “Foundations of Substance Use, Abuse, and Dependence” from 9
a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, December 13th, at 1125 W. Miller Street,
Jefferson City, MO 65109. Cost is $20 and includes breakfast. This
interactive training will help attendees gain a better understanding of
substance abuse by focusing on our life’s experiences, understanding the
roles of family members, and looking at the cycle of addiction.
Registration is limited to 30 attendees. To register call Scott
